General conditions

• Check-in: from 15:00 hrs.
• Check-out: until 12:00 hrs.
• Access to the building or maintenance staff shall be allowed for the inspection or repair of installations and communal areas.
• Possibility of extra beds, with a small supplement.
• Pets up to 5 kg are accepted.
• Payment method for the stay: 50% when booking and the rest, 50%, 14 days before arrival day.
• A security and breakage deposit of 300€ will be paid with the final payment. It will be returned within a maximum of 24/48 hours starting from the first working day.
• Cancellation costs: No costs will be applied in cases of cancellations notified 60 days before the date of the reservation. For cancellations during the last 60 days, the equivalent of the payment made will be charged as a cancellation fee.
